38 year old male with long standing back pain

Yes, even chiropractors get back pain from time to time.  When this happens to me, I listen.  I do three things that throw out my back, run, use poor ergonomics, or work in the yard bent over for too long.  When I start feeling a bit of a twinge, I treat it right away.  I need help getting spinal decompression, and usually I work alone, but that is a real treat if you have never had it done.  Call me and I will allow you to try 10 minutes of heaven - for free!  The other item I use is the my favorite: Teeters Inversion Therapy.

I hang at about 75 degrees in inversion - I might even throw an IcePack under my back.  I try to do that for 10 minutes per day.  Current Research shows that those that invert for at least 10 minutes per day reduce their chance of back surgery by over 70%.  That is a huge number for that little time.  All my patients want to know how to take care of themselves, well there it is.  Invert and do it often.  If you would like to see how it feels come in and I will allow you to try that for 10 minutes for free as well.  My back was sore for about an hour after treatment - a good sore, like something was getting worked out.  I feel fine now.  But Spinal Decompression, I believe, was the therapy that truly got me out of pain.  I would have a deep pain into my L4-L5-S1 area, just standing.  I am over weight by about 20-30 lbs.  I have no restrictions - I can run, climb, and swim.  I was trying spinal decompression and getting some results but I wasnt convinced-until I increased the poundage to 125lbs of pull and I really began to feel the relieve, two treatments at 125lbs and I was fixed and have been pain free since.  I love what I do-helping people get out of pain without drugs and surgery.
